Any Indian business with turnover of more than Rs. 20 crores is required to create e-invoices. Soon from 2023 invoicing requirements will be for businesses with 5 crores turnover as well.

No, it is not possible to cancel an invoice partially, it has to be cancelled fully. You can cancel the e-invoice only within 24 hrs from the time of reporting of IRP. GSTR-1 will also be automatically updated with a 'cancelled' status once IRN (Invoice Reference Number) is cancelled.

No, it is not allowed to edit an e-invoice after it has been created. It can only be fully canceled. If changes are there then a new e-invoice has to be created.

You can enable E-invoice QR in our invoice print formats. Distributo fetches the reference number and QR Code information from the e-invoice portal and prints the QR Code and IRN on top of the invoice.
